Return & Exchange Policy
At Boho Eco Boutique™, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange
1. Option 1: visit Returns
2. Option 2: Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
4. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please contact us.
5. For exchanges, we’ll happily send you a replacement of equal value, or you may choose to receive store credit.
6. If you are exchanging instead of returning, the cost of tree planting will included in the item you exchange with.
Non-Returnable Items:
-Custom-designed or personalized items, final sale and clearance items
-The cost of planting 2 trees, saving 8 bottles of plastic & offsetting 8Kg of CO2 that were included in the cost when purchasing (a $10 value). This cost and the return shipping costs will reflect on the receipt together as one total return shipping cost.
-Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please let us know if you have received a damage or defective item, photos will need to be provided.

How long will it take to get my orders?
At Boho Eco Boutique™, we work hard to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Since we offer a range of products from various trusted suppliers in the U.S. and internationally, shipping times can vary. For many of our items, especially those sourced within the U.S., you can expect delivery within 4-11 business days. For items shipped from our international suppliers or custom-designed print-on-demand products, shipping may take up to 2 weeks. We cannot guarantee shipping times at the moment, but are striving to work towards it!
We prioritize offering you high-quality, sustainably sourced products at an affordable price, and by working with trusted partners worldwide, we avoid high overhead costs that would otherwise be passed on to you. Rest assured, every order is handled with care, and we do our best to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible!
How Long does order processing takes?
Order processing at Boho Eco Boutique™ typically takes 1-10 business days. During this time, we carefully prepare your items for shipment, ensuring everything is handled with care. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly, and you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking.
What if my order arrives damaged?
At Boho Eco Boutique™, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include photos of the damage and your order number, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’ll either replace the damaged item at no additional cost or offer a refund or store credit—your choice! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply send us an email at bohoecoboutique@gmail.com.
If an order is processed and shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order. A new order must be placed or a return request within the return policy guidelines.

How long does the refund take?
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
Purchase Options Cancelation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
